MOBILE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
BOTOX® Savings Program SMS (text) messages are recurring, automated program messages, which may include specialty pharmacy card-identifying details, claim status updates, and other messages related to your participation in the program. These SMS messages are sent through PSKW, LLC, doing business as ConnectiveRx, a service provider partner operating on behalf of Allergan®.
Messages will be sent upon enrollment, with any change in claim status, periodically as promotional communications and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can unsubscribe from these BOTOX® Savings Program messages at any time by updating your profile preferences or by texting “STOP.” Assistance can be received by texting “HELP” or calling 800-44-BOTOX. If you unsubscribe, you are still able to receive transactional text messages upon request (eg, “Forgot Password”).
There is no fee charged by BOTOX® Savings Program to receive messages. Message and data rates may apply—this can be confirmed with your mobile service provider. Charges are billed and payable to your mobile service provider or deducted from your prepaid account. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a requirement for participation in the BOTOX® Savings Program and you may opt out at any time.
We will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
